Hours: 40 (Early or Late shift)
The chemical production facility in Geel, Belgium is part of the Janssen Supply Chain organization within Johnson & Johnson and is a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
The batch record reviewer has the responsibility to prepare and review batch records.
You will be a member of the batch record review team, a diverse team preparing and reviewing batches in the different production units.
Working in partnership with operations and quality across departments is a crucial aspect to this role.
roles and responsibilities
Review in detail production and cleaning batch documentation.
Generate appropriate batch trending for each production and cleaning batch and reviews them for completeness and discrepancies
Complete batch documentation with necessary attachments (e.g., eLIMS results)
Check complete and correct consumption of all raw materials
Check deviations from each batch record
Performs proper classification for each deviation according to procedure and initiate a non conformances if necessary

how to succeed
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is required.
Knowledge and/or experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) is required.
Previous experience with batch record reviewing
You are highly accurate and punctual, with a strong eye for detail in documentation review.
You are able to work in a structured manner, set priorities, and can effectively manage strict deadlines.
Being able to work structured and set priorities is required.
Fluently speaking and reading Dutch is required.
