Imagine your next project working on high-impact engineering and automation projects for process equipment at CAR-T, closely collaborating with the director and managers of the Make Asset Management (MAM) department.

We are looking for a project manager. They will be working on projects in the engineering and automation department for process equipment at CAR-T. They will be closely working with the director and managers of MAM (Make Asset Management) department. Following activities will be part of the role:

roles and responsibilities

Managing long term planning of projects. This will involve:

  • Initiating projects according to the planning and assisting project engineers in applying standard principles

  • Managing own engineering projects

  • Design of GxP compliant automation systems, such as historian integration, server hosted software for equipment connectivity, PLC and HMI,

  • Representing engineering projects and managing internal MAM and external stakeholders

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

  • Supporting knowledge management of the personnel working in the projects: gap analyses, training of juniors, etc.

  • Addressing complex technical challenges posing risks to the department’s priority

  • Supporting management (e.g. resources and planning) of the portfolio of projects undertaken by the department

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent through experience

  • 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years in project management or people leader experience

  • People leading (Optional)

  • Qualification of pharmaceutical system (Optional)
