The Role:

This is a critical role to support the organization on a Supply Chain project. Leading a cross function project team to manage all Governance and successful execution of the project under tight timelines. This role will be fast paced and suit an individual with Agile project management experience who is able to adapt to change and lead with quick decision making and influence across the cross-matrix organization.


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead the governance structure with multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring process management and communication across the E2E Supply Chain process.
  • Manage the co-ordination, execution, and delivery of the daily requests & customer product allocations.
  • Interaction and collaboration with cross-function stakeholders, locally and in the region, Finance, Comme Ex, Marketing, Supply Chain & Customer Services.
  • Reviewing daily risks & issues that are highlighted by the project team whilst developing risk mitigation strategies to address the challenges faced.


 

Professional Experience Required:

  • Understanding of the Ophthalmology market is preferred
  • Experience of within a Supply Chain function would be favorable 
  • Experience of complex project leadership
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels. 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities from internal stakeholders with a ‘can-do’ solutions-focused mindset. 
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of projects or commercial targets sales/financial / inventory performance. Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.

 

 

We would consider Senior Administrators for this role too.
