Roles and Responsibilities

You will be a key contributor to maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards across our manufacturing and R&D facilities. This will involve:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment and system qualifications.

  • Define strategy and necessary qualification documentation for new projects.

  • Support implementation of digitalization projects with a focus on paperless qualification.

  • Drive continuous improvement of internal qualification processes (risked based approach).

  • Ensure proper lifecycle management through evaluation of deviations, planned changes, and decommissioning activities.

  • Support in internal and external inspections.

How to Succeed

We are looking for an independent and strong personality with a structured, goal-oriented approach. High willingness to learn is essential. You will also bring:

  • Practical experience in equipment qualification, room qualification, and risk-based qualification.

  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and qualification with a strong emphasis on risk-based approaches (Kneat qualification tool).

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of regulatory qualification requirements for equipment, systems, and cleanroom technology.

  • Strong sense of quality and responsibility.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Fluent in German and good command of English (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in MS Office and strong IT skills.

Benefits
