Quality Associate – Laboratory Compliance & Data Review

The contractor provides hands-on support to laboratory teams and the compliance team in the execution and follow-up of compliance activities, ensuring timely and GMP compliant processes, documentation, and inspection readiness across the portfolio.


roles and responsibilities

Support the compliance team in driving and monitoring overall compliance across the portfolio.

This will involve:

  • Support the compliance team in driving and monitoring overall compliance across the portfolio

  • Support inspection readiness activities by performing readiness checks and ensuring availability and completeness of documentation

  • Perform independent data review of analytical data packages (e.g. release, stability, method validation), ensuring data integrity, correctness and GMP compliance, identifying inconsistencies and potential compliance risks, and escalating findings

  • Support execution of QA check rounds and compliance monitoring activities across laboratories

  • Contribute to compliance processes (e.g. sample management, training processes, non-conformance handling), ensuring alignment with defined procedures.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance processes and data review practices

  • Support laboratory teams on data integrity, documentation standards and GMP compliance expectations



how to succeed

Bring your scientific expertise, strong analytical thinking, and proactive mindset to collaborate effectively across cross-functional laboratory and quality teams.

You will also bring:

  • Master’s degree in a scientific discipline

  • Relevant experience in a GMP regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment

  • Understanding of GMP and data integrity principles

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and risk assessment skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work effectively with lab teams, the compliance team and Quality Assurance

  • Able to manage strict deadlines with strong planning capabilities and a proactive mindset

  • Fluent in English

  • Team player comfortable working in a diverse, cross functional setting
