Quality Associate EQ – Supplier Quality

roles and responsibilities.
As a Quality Associate EQ, you will act as a supporting role ensuring business, quality, and compliance goals adhere to J&J policies and regulatory standards. You will ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained at suppliers through supporting management and oversight on Quality Operations functions for external business partners.
This will involve:
Supporting the planning, execution, and documentation of the qualification and monitoring of suppliers who are sourcing API materials and Drug Product materials to the Janssen Supply Chain
Conducting surveillance on the quality and compliance status for all third-party supplied raw materials, intermediates, APIs, Excipients, and Packaging Materials
Supporting Account Owners on initial assessment and qualification of suppliers for new product introductions
Supporting change management, deviations, escalations, compliance issues, recalls, and field actions that are related to suppliers
Providing all information needed for the release/reject of suppliers in SAP (SAP master data)
Supporting the establishment and periodic review of Quality Agreements and Qualification Statements
Executing monitoring and trending reports for suppliers
Providing support to EQ Supplier Quality representatives and subject matter experts during regular audits and health authority inspections
Coordinating Supplier Specification Agreements and approval management
Keeping AIM (Auditee Information Management) records updated with any information related to material, qualification, and monitoring activities
Coordinating and managing supplier investigations

We are looking for a candidate with a scientific mindset who is capable of learning quickly and building collaboration across the local and global JSC organization.
You will also bring:
A Bachelor or Master of Science degree
Familiarity with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH (International Conference of Harmonisation) regulations
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and accurate reporting capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to interact effectively with suppliers and the internal organization
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of SAP, Comet, TruVault, eICD, Sharepoint, or Summit is an advantage
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and oral)
