The Project:

The EMA Commercial Excellence department of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is looking for a candidate for the role of EMA Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst. In this role, the person will be responsible for different Salesforce Lightning initiatives on EMA level.


The candidate should be self-organised, have good communication skills both written and verbal, great analytical skill and preferably experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud. Experience in a regional position is a plus also.


The Role:

The primary customer for this role is the local market Sales Analysts, these are the lead Analysts for each country or groups of countries. This role supports these individuals with any SFE related queries, questions or requests.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and develop EMA SFE reports. 
  • Support local market Sales Analysts with any SFE related queries. 


Salesforce Responsibilities:

  • Being a first point of contact to Sales Analyst requests. Take all requests related to Salesforce Lightning e.g., updates to picklists and create tickets in IT System. 
  • Provide testing of new enhancements in Salesforce and support Sales Analysts with this task.
  • Support different SFE department initiatives related to Salesforce Lightning (Segmentation of customers, sales planning etc.)
  • Consolidate and analyse data from Salesforce Lightning through reports 
  • Provide ideas and initiatives on how to improve the Salesforce Lightning system.


Professional Experience Required:

  • Good knowledge of English (Upper intermediate or Advance as minimum)
  • Advance Excel user
  • Experience with Tableau to create & maintain reports – Intermediate level 
  • Experience in Salesforce both Lightning and Classic at level of Sales Analyst
  • Experience in Sales Analyst role in the past


Education Requirements: 

  • University degree in any subject


Other Requirements:

  • Stable access to the internet, as the role will be mainly home-based. If not, the candidate should be able to commute to the Wokingham UK office.


Location & Working hours:

  • The working days are 5 days a week, Monday to Friday: 9.00 till 17.30, but due to different time zones of stakeholders working hours could be flexible.

In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. A minimum 12 month contract & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson. 


Please Note: This role is INSIDE IR35. Pay rate for this role will depend on how you are paid (PAYE or Umbrella options)
