Roles and responsibilities

As a member of the MSAT Life Cycle Management (LCM) Team, you will focus on New Product Introduction, validation, and process improvements.

This will involve:

• Leading and supporting Life Cycle Management and Tech Transfer projects.

• Driving the introduction of new technologies and digitalization projects at the site.

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in USP and/or DSP for pharmaceutical proteins and vaccines.

• Defining and executing process validation strategies conform to site standards and Johnson & Johnson guidelines.

• Managing complex investigations, facilitation of risk assessments, and representing the site in global project teams.

• Serving as the primary interface between Site Operations, Quality, R&S, and the global MSAT organization.

How to succeed

You are a technical leader with extensive experience in aseptic processing and a proven track record of managing complex projects independently. You will also bring:

• A BS degree with 7+ years of experience, or an advanced degree (MS/MBA/Ph.D.) with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Deep scientific expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and technical core areas.

• The ability to troubleshoot complex problems and suggest effective resolutions.

• Experience coaching and training others while working effectively as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse business partners.

• A proactive mindset to support budget and resource planning and define departmental goals.
