We now have a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our business on a fixed term contract. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the NEUTROGENA® Face and CLEAN & CLEAR® portfolio in the UK, reporting to the Neutrogena, Clean & Clear and JOHNSON’S® Adult Marketing Manager. You will have two direct reports to coach & develop.


roles and responsibilities

  • Drive growth of the Neutrogena Face and Clean & Clear portfolio in the UK & Nordics, delivering against P&L and share targets

  • Support the Marketing Manager in shaping the UK/Nordics Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Neutrogena brand strategy

  • You will be responsible for driving excellence in execution including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, HCP/dermatologist engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers

  • Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

  • Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities

  • Develop and coach two direct reports, also lead local cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.


how to succeed

  • Strong experience in brand management roles, preferably including roles on skincare brands

  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.

  • You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, influencer marketing, data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months.
