We now have a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our business on a fixed term contract. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the NEUTROGENA® Face and CLEAN & CLEAR® portfolio in the UK, reporting to the Neutrogena, Clean & Clear and JOHNSON’S® Adult Marketing Manager. You will have two direct reports to coach & develop.
roles and responsibilities
Drive growth of the Neutrogena Face and Clean & Clear portfolio in the UK & Nordics, delivering against P&L and share targets
Support the Marketing Manager in shaping the UK/Nordics Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Neutrogena brand strategy
You will be responsible for driving excellence in execution including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, HCP/dermatologist engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers
Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities
Develop and coach two direct reports, also lead local cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.
how to succeed
Strong experience in brand management roles, preferably including roles on skincare brands
Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, influencer marketing, data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months.
