Imagine your next role working in the position of a Senior Brand Manager working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading the Aveeno Baby brand in Northern Europe, reporting to the Baby Squad Lead. You will be coaching and developing one direct report.
Internally you will work closely with the EMEA Baby Regional Deployment Leader in accordance with the global Operating Model. You will work closely with the UK & Ireland Commercial teams to drive excellence in execution and deliver against the set business targets.
roles and responsibilities
Drive growth of the Aveeno Baby brands in UK & Ireland.
Full accountability to deliver the in-year full P&L and share targets, as well as shaping Northern Europe Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the strategy driven by the Baby Global BDT (Brand Development Team).
You will be responsible for deploying effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Baby BDT (Brand Development Team)
Drive excellence in execution for Aveeno Baby in Northern Europe (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)
Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
You will collaborate with the Aveeno adult team to execute Aveeno Masterbrand excellently and drive growth for the Aveeno Spike.
Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities
Develop and coach your direct report, also lead the cross functional team working in close collaboration with the Squad Lead.
how to succeed
Experienced at Senior Brand Manager (PG26) level with a strong track record of performance.
People management experience is beneficial but not essential
Degree level educated or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.
Can have a positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.
Proactive and results driven
Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.
Strong analytical, financial and business acumen skills
Demonstrates ability and experience in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 13 months.
