Summary
The Senior Engineer is a critical position to be responsible for site products and components life cycle management, you lead the product design change, identify, and follow appropriate quality processes and procedures. You support new product registration and commercial launch and identify key steps and leverage global resources. You provide the required documentation and labeling change deliverables to lifecycle design control teams, and you are responsible for product master data maintenance and change. The senior Engineer reacts to product issues in the market, and coordinates between Research & Development team, Marketing team, and Regulatory Affairs to lead relevant projects.
Success depends on the depth of knowledge in the design change process and the coordination with the design team, New Product Introduction / Life Cycle Management team, Research & Development team, and other J&J manufacturing teams.
We are looking for a professional with an engineering degree and experience in engineering and/or package labeling in a medical device environment. A professional who knows how to collaborate within a team environment across multiple time zones and inspires trust and engagement throughout the organization.
You also have:
Good leadership skills, project & people management.
Have innovation orientated mind to drive world-class business results.
Ability to shift priorities according to changes in department/facility needs and open to different ideas/approaches.
Ability to periodically interact with associates and processes in a special environment such as a clean room.
