The FP&A Centre of Excellence (FP&A COE) based in Pinewood has opened an exciting opportunity for a senior finance analyst supporting the EMEA Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) business.
Key Responsibilities:
- The senior analyst will have a responsibility
- for partnering and supporting commercial finance organization and leadership
- across the EMEA region in the area of Sales planning, reporting and analysis.
- Sales Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Support regional sales and NPI planning
- process, reviews and approach to regional adjustments. Responsibility for
- pulling together the sales plans from markets, producing analysis of the key
- insights and walking the Regional Finance team through the plan.
- Ownership for the regional weekly and monthly
- sales as well as NPI reporting for the Region. Producing analysis to support
- the development of key performance insights for the Region.
- Support the TM1 and corporate reporting for our regional adjustment entity
- Provide analytical support in the business
- Planning as well as in the target setting process for Sales
- Support the development of sales process
- understanding and insight as part of the Sales workstream
- Support the adoption of predictive analytics and reporting efficiencies in EMEA including Alteryx, MS Flow, Excel and Tableau
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Broad based FP&A experience preferred
- Prior commercial / operating company experience strongly desired
- Experience of working in a regional/ global organization with complex & interdependent business relationships
- Proven understanding of TM1, Tableau and Alteryx are highly desirable.
- Strong experience in working with large data sets and MS Excel. VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Proven track record of high performance and

Qualifications:
- Fully qualified Accountant, with relevant post qualification work experience, or finance and accounting master degree
