The Orthopaedics franchise of Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contractor to act as DPS WW SC Senior Finance Analyst to become a key member of our team for the transformative Project Skyline lasting until June 2026.
In this role, the senior analyst will collaborate closely with a cross-platform team to drive strategic objectives that enhance our competitiveness, optimize profitability, and accelerate growth. While our preferred location is Zug, Switzerland, we are open to considering other locations within Switzerland/boarder areas.
roles and responsibilities
Leading the Global Inventory reserves and Inventory Write-Offs as part of the execution of Project Skyline. This includes forecasting and quarterly close responsibilities such as communicating global guidelines, consolidating local data in project trackers, conducting internal controls, and preparing analytics and presentations for Senior Leadership.
Close collaboration with MTPO team regarding Subsidies and Profit in Inventory (PII) valid for discontinued Inventories
Overseeing project operational expenditures (OPEX). This includes quarterly close responsibilities including intercompany transactions, preparation of journal entries and accruals, equity clearance, providing commentary on actual versus budgeted results, headcount reporting, etc.
Sustaining a highly compliant environment and own strong documentation and the respective controls in area of responsibility
Reporting forecasts and quarterly actuals for Corporate Controllers, while ensuring compliance with Worldwide Procedures and acting as global lead for internal and external audits.
Building strong business partnerships with a wide range of business, finance, and project stakeholders to achieve project milestones and tackle various problem-solving challenges.

how to succeed
A minimum degree of a bachelor’s is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting.
An MBA, CPA or CMA is preferred.
Advanced analytical skills combined with ability to focus on details in a highly complex environment that involves significant amount of data and stakeholders to manage
Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results
Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI
Effective communication skills including presentation skills
Good knowledge of SAP
Other
Proficiency in English language required
10% Domestic and International travel might be required
