Sourcing Manager - Buyer CAPEX

Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce

We are currently looking for a Buyer CAPEX for 1 year + possible extension.

Responsible for procuring supplies and services within the scope of business policies and procedures to support the business' manufacturing operations. Support of strategy development and implementation.

Tasks:
- The individual is part of the Material Management team with the following accountabilities: 
- Initiates the timely and economical purchase of goods and services with regard for quality and delivery through different sourcing channels with focus on Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) 
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Legal department, Global Procurement and Global Business Service to implement compliant legal agreements 
- Align sourcing decisions to strategic or preferred supplier base. Supporting in research of possible sources for requested items, provides alternatives or substitutions, when applicable and provides an overview of options to internal customers 
- Ensure that sourcing decisions are aligned with global procedures and standards 
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators 
- Is supporting in case of escalation with supplier-related issues. Troubleshoots discrepancies pertaining to purchase orders, requisitions, supplier deliveries, prices, and quality 
- Ensure department compliance with SOX requirements 
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Code of Conduct 
- Ensures compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and promotes good purchasing behaviour 
- Ensures strong relationships with internal and external business customers 
- Support in developing business scope of the SOURCE area

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in procurement/contracting 
- Experience in the utilization of SAP or other ERP software 
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment or related industry 
- Bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus 
- Good knowledge in German and English
