Staff Quality Engineer 

Location: Selzach, Switzerland

Hours: 40h

Hybrid way of working, on-site 3 days per week (flexible to be more often on-site when needed)

Imagine your next role as a Staff Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Overseeing quality assurance processes

• Implementing quality control measures

• Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

• Identifying and addressing quality issues

• Conducting risk assessments

• Performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues

• Leading or participating in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

how to succeed:

• Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies ( German language is a plus). 

• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor quality-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (A good level of German language is a plus)

This role offers a competitive hourly rate & a supportive working environment. The role will run initially for a year and the first contract is initially until 31/12/2024.
