Staff Quality Engineer
Location: Selzach, Switzerland
Hours: 40h
Hybrid way of working, on-site 3 days per week (flexible to be more often on-site when needed)
Imagine your next role as a Staff Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing quality assurance processes
Implementing quality control measures
Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
Identifying and addressing quality issues
Conducting risk assessments
Performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
Leading or participating in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
how to succeed:
Advanced knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies ( German language is a plus).
Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor quality-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (A good level of German language is a plus)

This role offers a competitive hourly rate & a supportive working environment. The role will run initially for a year and the first contract is initially until 31/12/2024.
