Within Mentor, we are looking for a supply chain analyst which will primarily focus on the implementation of the new EU-Medical Device Regulation (MDR) over the next year, the next day-to-day tasks within the materials management department of the production plant in Leiden.
One (of the many) important aspect of this EU-MDR project is to comply with the regulations of all countries worldwide. To do that we need to manage so-called variants (or lot grades), products that are adhering to the new and old regulations. The supply chain analyst is managing this in cooperation with the EU MDR project team. This process will primally be setting up, collecting the master data, making sure all stakeholders are aligned about the existing processes, and initiating the settings in ERP systems. It requires being accurate, having a good understanding of processes, and strong stakeholder management. You will need to engage and connect with many supply chain partners across the J&J organization not limited to regulatory, global supply chain, the project team, quality, and operations of the manufacturing plant. Next to that, you will support the project in finding solutions for special requirements coming from EU-MDR for example a procedure pack.
If you are a person who wants to join our market-leading company within the J&J family of companies, not afraid of collaborating and communicating with stakeholders around the globe, please apply for this position and join the EU MDR project team as a supply chain analyst.
The candidate needs to have a good understanding of the ERP system (preferably JDE) in the supply chain environment with a focus on processes and master data with an eye for detail. Multiple years of experience in a large preferable healthcare/pharma environment is required.
You will be reporting to the Materials Manager and have a dotted line to the EU-MDR Program manager
