Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Zug (3 days office, 2 days home working)

Contract till: Dec 2024


The Role: 

Kenvue is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the activities associated to the organizational and system separation of the Consumer Health business (Kenvue) from Johnson & Johnson for Global Transportation Management.

Main responsibilities

Department - Global Transportation Management Transition

  • Support PMO activities pertaining to the organizational and system separation of the Consumer Health business from Johnson & Johnson. Specifically in area of Global Transportation Management.

  • Assist Global Transportation System deployment and change management activities as pertaining to the New Consumer Health Company (Kenvue) Separation

  • Contribute to workstream schedule and risk management development and execution in alignment with the project leadership team to ensure on time and on capability delivery

  • Create and maintain project plans/schedules through engagement with J&J and external 3PL and 4PL partners

  • Ensure effective and timely communications with respect to project schedule and risk management and with key customers and partners

  • Support system testing readiness activities

  • Set up and Hypercare Kenvue Transport Management Solution


Lighthouse (Control Tower):

  • Monitor shipments at lanes level, flag & drive gaps remediation plan if any

  • Become a Lighthouse Platform Super user

  • Support platform enhancements for latter wave implementation

  • Maintain proper data & rate cards accuracy.

  • Support lane implementation for new lanes and markets under Lighthouse

  • Create and follow SOP for lane implementation

  • Support service issues and drive to resolution

Your Profile

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required with 2-4 years experience.

  • Possess technical skills and sound judgment to effectively assess risk, triage issues for severity and imminence, and potential impact.

  • MS Office proficiency.

  • Need to be comfortable challenging the status quo and navigate between different hierarchical levels while maintaining collaboration and inclusion.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and work with different cultures. Fluent in English

Preferred Competencies:

  • Preferred previous experience in one or more of the following functions: Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, Customer Service or Supply Chain Operations.

  • Fluency in other languages

  • Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification

  • Working knowledge of analytics using Alteryx and Tableau

  • Working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft project, GNATT, RACI, Lessons learned, FMEA, etc.)
