Supply Chain Analyst - Systems Engineer
Location: Schaffhausen
Hours: 40
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Essential: hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days homeworking)
Languages: English (essential), German (preferred)
The role

Key Responsibilities:
Support strategy development:
Build a clear understanding of the current state and define future state process and systems architecture of manufacturing,and relevant automation systems in support of the core manufacturing processes.
Build a clear understanding of current state and define future state process and systems architecture of manufacturing data management systems in support of the core manufacturing processes.
Implementation:
Participate in or lead cross-functional teams implementation teams for implementation of new systems-supported capabilities in manufacturing.
Pursue standardization of processes and systems across manufacturing sites
Ongoing support:
Implement robust support / incident management processes for relevant manufacturing systems.
Implement a robust change management process.
Compliance:
Ensure validated state of relevant manufacturing systems.
Value realization:
Maximize business value of investments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
External perspectives:
Actively network within the industry and JJSC to proactively benchmark, exchange knowledge and bring in best practices. Create a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and competitiveness by increasing business acumen, industry knowledge and skills.

how to succeed:
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of clinical trials and Clinical Supply Chain, understanding of API, Drug Product and/or Packaging & Labeling operations, preferably with experience in this environment.
Understanding and/or experience with ERP (SAP), Demand planning, detailed scheduling and shop floor planning, MRP and material replenishment logics, MES (PASX), automation, and/or data collection/analysis/modeling systems.
Demonstrated experience in implementation of manufacturing systems.
Experience with SDLC and understanding of IT systems / automation architecture.
Ability to work in a creative and innovative development organization, that requires short timelines and high flexibility in combination with high accuracy.
Hands-on experience with MES (Werum 3.1.8 and 3.2 or more recent), Historian (OSI-PI), OMP planning or any other planning system is preferred
Specific know how of systems:
Manufacturing Execution Systems (Werum PAS-X 3.1.8 and/or 3.2 or later)
Automation systems (e.g. Siemens PCS/PLC/HMI)
Data Historian (e.g. OSI-PI)
ERP (SAP)
