Location: Groningen - Mainly site based, with potentially some remote working

Job summary
Member of the Supplier Quality Organization to manage the quality aspect of the supplier lifecycle management. Provides supplier quality leadership and support to achieve department objectives. Complete root cause investigations, non-conformance reporting and corrective actions. Supports the maintenance of the Approved Supplier List system.
roles and responsibilities
Under general supervision and in accordance with all applicable laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Provides overall quality assurance leadership in the management and qualification of suppliers.
Performs quality processes including change control, supplier non-conformance, quality agreements.
Maintains the Approved Supplier List system current and updated. Execute changes to supplier files as applicable.
Maintains and retrieve supplier metrics and departmental presentations to Management.
how to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, LifeSciences or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience as a professional in a regulated industry, preferred Medical Devices.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of the Medical Device Quality Systems.
Require working knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel with competency in moderately complex functions for data analysis and trending.
Strong in ability to build collaboration, partnership and teamwork across local and global organizations.
Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Team oriented and works effectively with diverse departmental groups
Computer literate
English and Dutch is required
