TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, YOU will be part of the J&J Talent Acquisition Team Belgium & Netherlands and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process primarily for Commercial and Enterprise function roles. In this role YOU will be in direct touch with your business partners, ensuring we are hiring the best talents into Johnson&Johnson.


Location: Beerse (Post - Covid On-Site Required)

Working hours: 40/week

The contract until 30/11/2021 (6-months contract)

Must be EU Citizen


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Recruitment: responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment processfor roles within Johnson & Johnson in Belgium and the Netherlands – mainly Research & Development (R&D) as well as Supply Chain, Commercial and Enterprise roles
  • Stakeholder management: close partnership and coaching of Hiring Managers, as well as building and managing partnership with all other HR colleagues.
  • Talent strategy: building talent strategy by demonstrating knowledge of the business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends
  • Delivering an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish
  • Ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Having a full working knowledge and understanding of the J&J compensation framework to be able to draft offers based on Johnson & Johnson policies
  • Taking part in various projects connected with Talent Acquisition scope in EMEA
  • Continuously building knowledge on the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Corporate and Consumer markets


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven recruitment experience managing high volume roles
  • Fluent English is spoken and written
  • Fluent Dutch or French is highly welcome
  • Experience from an international corporate company is a must
  • Experience in end to end in-house recruitment, preferably in a large organization is a must
  • Ability to handle successfully multiple roles and projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to build trust and develop a successful partnership with your stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can handle his/her own roles without extended supervision
  • Great team player who enjoys and creates a great team atmosphere and collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage data integrity in different systems
  • Ability to concentrate on details and deal appropriately with confidential information
