roles and responsibilities

The Data Management - Technical Business Analyst is a high-profile role supporting J&J regulatory requirements in the field of Global data management. The successful candidate will work with a high functioning experienced team to ensure that J&J is positioned to support the organisation wide implementation and adoption of procedures in the data management field. The role will require the successful candidate to work with stakeholders to define and develop key data management procedures that will be used to govern data management across organisation systems. This will involve: 

  • Take ownership for developing comprehensive data management business procedures that detail roles, responsibilities and system interactions for critical organisational systems.

  • Utilise organisation data framework to ensure that best practices are included in supporting procedures.

  • Lead the development of core EUDAMED procedures focusing on End-to-End system management.

  • Support Data Management related Business Process Design activities to facilitate the identification of appropriate people, process and technology solutions that support key business areas.

  • Work with Quality Management Systems, supporting the maintenance of EUDAMED program quality plans and reports in a compliant, logical, and efficient manner.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with various departments to embed data management practices into the broader organizational framework.


how to succeed

  • 5 years of experience in a relevant industry with specific experience relating to system implementation.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or related quality system role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to navigate uncertainty in an evolving field and establish the facts needed to develop a procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong execution and delivery mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience within Medical devices and/or Life sciences is preferred but not mandatory.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration and has a strong chance of extension.
