roles and responsibilities


CoStar

  • Provide user support for CoStar Real Estate Leasing Tool

  • Update master data inputs

  • User access management in both prod and stage environments

  • Create and maintain reports used by GS teams 


Ad-hoc

  • UAM (user access management) Automation Project support

  • Update Servicenow knowledge base



Secondary Responsibilities


Blackline

  • Manage the Blackline operation interfaces, settings, and ongoing maintenance of the tool.

  • Provide the ongoing user support for all Blackline Modules deployed.

  • Maintain the integrity of global Service Management work flows to ensure efficient and timely prioritisation of requests and issues.


how to succeed

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Products – excel, powerpoint, word, vizio, etc.

  • Agile, proactive, and teamwork are required skill set

  • Experience with independently and efficiently troubleshooting system-related issues with customer mindset

  • Experience in Blackline or Costar Real Estate Leasing Tool strongly preferred

  • Experience in SAP ERP, SAP Central Finance, S/4 Hanna

  • Experience in Servicenow/Service Management or other ticketing systems

  • Experience with Altryx, Tableau, Power BI

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 6 months with a review for an extension.
