Supply Chain IT - Technical Project Manager/IT Lead
Location: Leiden
Working mode: Hybrid, min. 2 days per week on-site
Travel: International travel up to 10%
Duration: 6 months (opportunity for a contract extension)

Scope:
Lead SC Information Technology design and delivery, covering business systems, IT infrastructure, organizational proposals, and financial planning within project scope, budget, and timeline.
roles and responsibilities
Responsible for technology solution design of Manufacturing IT Infrastructure and SC Business Systems integrated with local & global technology solutions.
Business relationship management during project activities and lead communication and manage channels across JJT & Business organization.
Ensure technical proposals are aligned to the business and JJT IT strategies.
Lead JJT teams to identify and select technical solutions, prioritize project activities aligned with project timeline and target technology architecture.
Lead in business technology planning, definition, and high-level design of technology solutions and guide into solution alternatives.
Interact with multiple teams from Business Operation, Manufacturing, Automation Execution systems, Plant engineers and line technicians
Serve as an escalation point to solve technical and organizational challenges, and support to resolve technical impediments.
Manage/identify/resolve risks during design execution that cover people, process, technology and data.
Propose end-state IT organization design to support manufacturing operations and handover project outcomes to execution readiness.
Support & review change notifications that are applicable and have implications on IT deliverables.
Accountable to provide project updates regarding IT deliverables to relevant stakeholders and steering committees (E&PS, Business, Transcend and JJT Leadership)
how to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in technology (Computer Science, Technical Engineering) or equivalent and min. 8 years’ experience in supporting/delivering IT Projects
Working experience of IT Architecture & Technical Leadership for multiple disciplines in Business Applications (such as ERP, S4 HANA, MES, LIMS, Labeling) and IT Infrastructure such as WAN/LAN, Network, Hosting solutions in Automation environments.
Related certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Agile, Project Management).
Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV)
Experience with GxP / Manufacturing Environments
Strong customer focus, service orientation, analytical skills and sense of urgency
Strong planning, communication, organizational influencing skills, good capability to set up collaborative relationships
Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability and meet deadlines
