Imagine your next role as a strategic coordinator, supporting a high-performing leadership team in shaping and delivering key business objectives across a global MedTech organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align team goals, track KPIs, manage strategic progress, and contribute to the development of executive-level content. This role supports collaboration between the Transcend and IMFT Strategy & Value teams, driving effective stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across governance processes. You’ll also help organise and facilitate face-to-face workshops, events, and communications in line with wider programme goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organisational, interpersonal, and project management skills, looking to make an impact in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment.
roles and responsibilities
Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to collate, maintain, update, and support management of Strategy Team Goals and Objectives
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance and support progress reporting, detailing performance metrics and strategic progress.
Support Strategy Leadership Team members in delivering key initiatives, coordination of outcomes, strategy shaping and delivery
Content Planning and Delivery – Transcend Strategy & IMFT Strategy/Value Team
Support the shaping and delivery of content for executive business messaging and as required, ensuring full alignment with overall Transcend Communications strategy, narrative and content
Identify key synergy opportunities between the Transcend & IMFT Strategy & Value teams in working with business stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to source material for high-level program and sector projects, initiatives etc
Manage and maintain strategy team stakeholder map/landscape, suggesting meaningful and relevant additions and engagement that support both the Strategy Team and overall business objectives
Support the Strategy Leader in defining and developing engagement model for Transcend business process owner community, in line with Strategy Team aims and overall Transcend program governance
Continuous Improvement
Support the Strategy Team PMO lead with the implementation of continuous improvement pathways to enhance governance frameworks, processes, tools, and techniques.
Ensure alignment and consistency of parallel value capture activities between both the Transcend and IMFT teams-
Events and Face-to-Face Support:
Partner with relevant teams, executive administrative teams, and LT members for the planning, scheduling and facilitation of key F2F workshops, events, conferences, and town-halls
How to succeed
A Level 5 qualification in a relevant discipline is required
Success in applying strategic thinking and political awareness to deliver business objectives
Proven corporate project management, with executive communication experience.
Track record of supporting cross-organizational matrix environments.
A background and experience in change management at scale, whilst navigating ambiguity and sophisticated challenges
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic abilities.
Ability to work independently with little direction and tight schedules.
Experience working with VPs and high-level individuals.
Work cross-functionally to support the delivery of governance processes.
Ability to travel internationally.
