Transportation Quality Analyst - Transportation & Supplier Quality

Location: Zug 

Duration of the contract: Until 31st December 2026

Hours per week: 40 (hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 days home office)

Key skills: Previous Transportation, Logistics or distribution experience within a highly regulated environment eg pharma, medical devices, biotec,food etc, experience of 3PLs or distribution centers. Primarily a Quality role that requires some supply chain experience within transportation, logistics and distribution. Imagine your next project ensuring the safe and compliant journey of life-saving medical products across the globe. As a Transportation Quality Analyst  within our Regional Quality Team, you will sit at the vital intersection of Commercial Quality and Supply Chain.

You will be the guardian of compliance for our transportation operations partners, ensuring that every shipment—whether by road, air, or sea—meets the rigorous standards our patients depend on.



roles and responsibilities 


You will lead the quality aspects of purchasing controls and Supplier Quality Management for CQSS EMEA.

This will involve:

  • Supports the cross-functional execution for purchasing controls and Supplier Quality Management for CQSS EMEA.

  • Directly leads the quality aspects of the purchasing controls requirements, which include ownership and management of ASL (Approver Supplier List), Audit Schedule execution, and quality agreements management.

  • Responsible for quality management of transportation suppliers, including control tower, in scope.

  • Managing supplier issues and investigations, proactive identification and mitigation of compliance risks.

  • Acts as the EMEA representative on global CQSS Supplier Quality Management activities and projects.

  • Responsible for the role of QA Lead and QA Approver activities pertaining to non-conformances (NCs) and execution of assigned CAPAs.

  • Directly support during Audits and Inspections (internal and external).



how to succeed 


You are a quality professional who understands that logistics is the backbone of healthcare delivery.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in Highly Regulated Transportation environments.

  • Previous experience working within 3PL’s (Third Party Logistics) or Distribution Centres.

  • Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) including Supplier Management, Investigations, and CAPAs.

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Scientific, Business, or Quality Regulatory Compliance discipline.

  • Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management within the Healthcare, MedTech, or Pharma industry.

  • Fluency in English with excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

  • Experience with FMCG or complex global supply chain projects.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders in a complex organization.
