Position Summary:

The MSAT Associate Engineer is a member of the Manufacturing Science and Technology Supporting Process Validation (MSAT-SPV) Team with the dedicated focus on:

Validation of Supporting Processes (e.g. Cleaning, Mixing, Sterilization).

Process improvements and standardization.

New technology deployment.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the validation activities such as cleaning validation, sterilization validation, mixing validation, and temperature mapping.

  • Write and review validation protocols and reports.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate timing of execution, provide status updates, and escalate issues. 

  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives.

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures (e.g. Quality, EH&S, Business, Credo etc.).

how to succeed

Knowledge, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Technical subject.

  • Minimal 2 years of relevant experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry.

  • Knowledge of and experience in a scientific or technical core area and building knowledge and experience in other technical and business disciplines.

  • Proven experience with GMP and Quality Compliance.

  • Precise, accurate, structured, flexible and customer focused.

  • Capable of delivering local small projects, regional project work streams or departmental programs successfully under strong supervision.

  • Experience in aseptic processing (Eudralex Volume 4 Annex 1) is preferred.
