Administration Support - Sales & Operations Planning

roles and responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the sales and operations planning team with integrating from one system to another.
This will involve:
Support the S&OP team with a Project go live and Hypercare
Using internal systems to transact and maintain material tables
Liaise with all relevant departments across the organisation, including delivery to meet customer deadlines.
Create & build on strong relationships with all stakeholders
Encompass flexibility in order to help serve our customers’ needs
Develop appropriate system and procedure knowledge to be able to respond to the majority of issues from external and internal customers
how to succeed
You will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in working in customer service or an administrative role where you are dealing with customers/ clients and have excellent communication skills.
You will also bring:
Strong analytical skills
Resilient and able to deal with a variety of personality types
Confidence in speaking to a broad range of people
Approachable and outgoing
Needs to be highly numerate and analytical
Ability to prioritise effectively
Strong technical skills with excel
Enjoy working with computer based systems
Strong level of professionalism
Needs to be assertive and able to deliver negative/challenging messages
