Roles and Responsibilities
Develop accurate supply plans for the Repack Value Stream / repack line(s) on a weekly basis.
Ensure that the internal capacity is aligned with supply and demand to meet customer requirements.
Develop individual production line plans based on a Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Expedite production orders to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Manage the flow of product from scheduling to release, and promptly address any service risks that arise.
Actively seek opportunities to drive continuous improvements within the planning systems and processes, while also maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Be the voice of the customer on site, ensuring customer requirements are maintained.
Monitor performance metrics and take action as needed, ensure the maintenance of environmental and health & safety standards.
Work closely with raw material planners, ensuring materials are available for production schedules.
Manage relationships within the Repack Value Stream, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
Facilitate daily and weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure schedule adherence and activity alignment.
How to Succeed
1 - 2 years experience in planning in a similar role
Minimum level 8 qualification in business/supply chain or related discipline
Excellent organization and communication skills
Excellent planning and analytical skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
