Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate supply plans for the Repack Value Stream / repack line(s) on a weekly basis.

  • Ensure that the internal capacity is aligned with supply and demand to meet customer requirements. 

  • Develop individual production line plans based on a Master Production Schedule (MPS). 

  • Expedite production orders to ensure that customer requirements are met. 

  • Manage the flow of product from scheduling to release, and promptly address any service risks that arise. 

  • Actively seek opportunities to drive continuous improvements within the planning systems and processes, while also maintaining data integrity and compliance. 

  • Be the voice of the customer on site, ensuring customer requirements are maintained.

  • Monitor performance metrics and take action as needed, ensure the maintenance of environmental and health & safety standards. 

  • Work closely with raw material planners, ensuring materials are available for production schedules.

  • Manage relationships within the Repack Value Stream, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality.

  • Facilitate daily and weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure schedule adherence and activity alignment.


How to Succeed

  • 1 - 2 years experience in planning in a similar role 

  • Minimum level 8 qualification in business/supply chain or related discipline 

  • Excellent organization and communication skills 

  • Excellent planning and analytical skills 

  • Demonstrated attention to detail
