Tasks and responsibilities:


  • To manage timely the preparation, submission and follow-up of pricing and reimbursement files for product portfolio.
  • To screen and interpret pharmaceutical legislation and other legal information relevant for the business.
  • To represent the company externally with regard to pricing and reimbursement for product portfolio
  • To represent the company internally in international Pricing & Reimbursement taskforces and BeNeLux Country Value Teams
  • To execute EMEA projects and tasks.
  • Working together with Benelux CVT members in different franchises.
  • Contacts: interactions with different stakeholders (opinion leaders, patient organizations, payers).
  • Execute projects for CVT team.
  • Market access expert for a designated therapeutic area within Belgium & Luxembourg.
  • Responsibility for the preparation, submission and follow-up of pricing and reimbursement files for product portfolio:
  • Produce local pricing and reimbursement files including health economic modelling and budget impact analyses and ensure timely submission to local health authorities. Follow up with national authorities and interact with them as appropriate.
  • Interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders to collect or generate all information necessary for pricing and reimbursement submissions.
  • Provide support to all operating company departments on pricing and reimbursement related matters.
  • Support the European and Global pricing and reimbursement groups with adequate information on local pricing and reimbursement requirements and contribute as appropriate to the European and Global strategies.
  • External representative for Janssen-Cilag with regard to pricing and reimbursement for product portfolio:
  • Represent the company on committees/working groups within industry associations.
  • Ensure leading presence at meeting with authorities, clients, industry associations and other stakeholders regarding the pharma business.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with key pricing and reimbursement decision makers.
  • To execute EMEA projects and tasks:
  • Support EMEA with adequate information on BeLux pricing and reimbursement requirements.
  • Contribute to the EMEA strategies.
  • Execute EMEA tasks and projects
  • Screening and interpretation of pharmaceutical legislation and other legal information relevant for the business:
  • Remain up-to-date and ensure communication to considered person(s) on legal requirements regarding all new laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical legislation on pricing & reimbursement matters.

 


Personal qualifications / key competencies for the job:


  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical environment.
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • Diplomatic and negotiation skills allowing you to reach a consensus between different stakeholders.
