BE - Junior Financial Analyst

Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

Janssen Business Services (JBS) is looking for a financial analyst to support the Janssen Belgium Controlling team. Within the JBS organization we provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model by protecting and optimizing the product IP structures. As a principal company we host many financial processes for different functional area's (R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, ...) and act as a center of expertise through cross-functional collaboration.

The Janssen Belgium Controlling team is part of JBS and is responsible for the full P&L of Janssen Belgium. This position supports the Janssen Belgium Pharm and Consumer FP&A and reports to the Finance Manager Janssen Belgium Controlling.
 

Your function/responsibilities:

• Financial planning and consolidation of the Janssen Belgium Pharm and Consumer P&L including closing and budgeting processes. Key activities include, but are not limited to:
     - Planning consolidations
     - Forecasts and Latest thinking (upside/downside)
     - Perform month-end closing tasks
     - Reporting of GDSE/Bravo submissions
     - Perform quarterly cross charges to various stakeholders worldwide
     - Provide support in managing campus budgets
• Maintain close connection and collaboration with the Janssen Belgium Pharm and Consumer finance organizations to support FP&A for these entities.
• Keep all work instructions, SOP?s and other documentation for audit controls (CIA, PWC) compliant.
• Maintaining master data in ERP2 (SAP) and support/training of users.

Your profile:

• Master degree in Finance/Economics.
• Experience in a complex and international environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Accurate and compliance driven.
• Ability to plan and prioritize own work proactively to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Engaged in building excellent relations with your stakeholders.
• Experienced Excel user.
• SAP R3 knowledge is a plus.
• Flexible team player.

• This is a long term contracting position, with the possibility of an extension after the end date. You will receive a contract via our partner Randstad Professionals. They can offer you a contract of indefinite duration or a project contract for the duration of the assignment at J&J.
