As a Senior Financial Analyst you will join the Inventory & Cogs team in the Janssen Belgium team.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading the coordination of standard cost prices process (actual and budget process) and the financial flows for products sourced out of Belgium. The main focus is on Beerse manufacturing plant.


  • Maintain the standard costing master data on a daily basis.


  • Perform month-end closing tasks and analysis of manufacturing variances.


  • Liaise with JSC Finance on all aspects of the COGS (Beerse sourced products) such as standard cost, variances, revaluation.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, TAX, Trade compliance) to drive the financial set-up of new products flows.


  • Act as finance SME for Lifecycle Management of Beerse owned products.


  • Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions (Project Transcend) related to standard costing set-up and variance calculation.


  • Continuously focusing on cross country process improvements.



Experience Required for Role

Essential:


  • Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven


  • Team-player and collaborative working style


  • Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative


  • Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders


  • Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines


  • Master’s degree in economics with 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance


  • Good functional knowledge of US GAAP and BE GAAP
