The Clinical Release and Stability (CRS) group is a department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Development & Supply ? Analytical Development.
The Reference Standard team of CRS supports the qualification and certification of reference standards used in R&D and commercial laboratories
Support Reference Standard (RS) team
Description of the role/key areas of accountability for the temporary support function:
- Is responsible to support of the Reference Standard Owners (RSO) during the complete certification process of the Reference Standards.
Among other things:
- Prepare minimum stock lists
- Prepare planning overviews
- Manage distribution of material and required information to the labs for qualification of the Reference Standard.
- Issue protocols and CoAs with input of the RSO
- Communication with customers concerning CoAs
- Upload of master data and analysis in eLIMS (electronic Laboratory Inventory Management Systems)
- Create new experiments and add analytical results in ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook)
- Use CSTIM (Compound and Sample Tracking Inventory Management)
- Is responsible to support the Formal Registrar of Controlled Substances (narcotics) workflow. Among other things:
- During intake of new batches
- During weighing of orders
- During issuing of quarterly reports
- During preparation / finalization of reconciliation exercise
- Bring changed information in management systems: CSTIM, ELN
- Follows current GMP and EHS guidelines, regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Eduction:
- A minimum of a bachelor?s degree in a scientific field is required
Experience and skills:
Required:
- Must have good communication, interpersonal, and written skills. Must have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Must be skilled to quickly adapt and use the required IT-systems
- High degree of planning, organizing, sense of urgency and priority setting is necessary
- Strives to deliver accurate out-put
