Location: High Wycombe
Working mode: Remote
Duration: 6 months (opportunity for a contract extension)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE and Umbrella options available)
In scope of Legal Entity Name Change project.
You will be responsible for the core Make and Plan capability serving our regulated Manufacturing, Logistics, and Laboratory workstation compute environment across all Kenvue (within both GxP and Non-GxP environments). You will manage system lifecycle management and shape future technology roadmaps as partners to Business Technology (BT) Product Lines and Business Owners. This position is accountable in ensuring stable delivery end to end through a development life cycle from build/development to continuous operational production continuity/stability. This role must coordinate with numerous ancillary critical teams such as Quality, Information Security, Business and BT globally while also being adaptable to solve ambitious technical problems. The ideal candidate will be expected to coordinate teams that build, deploy, operate, sustain, automate and grow the capability for one of the largest health care companies in the world.
roles and responsibilities
Business Relationship Management
Being the first point of contact for business partners in our EMEA market.
Support projects and initiatives that enable a more thoughtful, agile, and collaborative way of working within the organisation within Make and Plan space.
Contribute to Technology roadmaps by understanding the Business and Digital strategies, identifying how technology can help achieve the desired outcomes and unlock value.
Actively support adoption and engagement of products and solutions with engaging communications and training.
Service Analysis
When required, document business requirements in a way that effectively captures the business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff.
Understand integration points between applications, processes, vendors and functions.
Anticipate and resolve issues/barriers that may impede progress and raise appropriately.
Act as a translator between end users and technical staff to champion a collaborative, value-based environment.
Compliance
Proficient in all policies and regulations related to Digital, Data and Technology such as Privacy/GDPR, Cybersecurity, etc.
Ensure Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by respecting all local and global security policies.

Desired:
A high degree of Supply Chain experience and acuity.
Experience with crafting and managing new initiative plans, strategic and annual operating plans.
Excellent presentation and communication skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level personnel.
Financial analysis, budgeting and planning as well as basic capital/asset and cost accounting
Knowledge of basic supply chain and OTC processes and related systems, experience in FMCG/CPG companies
