Outstanding opportunity for a Business Finance Analyst within the HMD (Hospital Medical Devices) Principal Operations Center of Excellence. This role is supply chain focused, with the opportunity to gain extensive exposure across the organization.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the Business Financial Analyst will support the MedTech sector and will use financial and general business expertise to provide analysis and support in Intercompany Pricing (ICP).
roles and responsibilities
The core responsibility of this role will be to support all aspects of calculating, loading, reporting, and analysis of Intercompany Pricing (ICP) for franchises within MedTech, including but not limited to:
Collaborate with multiple workstreams to support and anticipate the calculation and the seamless setup of intercompany prices for new and existing products partnering closely with global tax, customer service, supply chain planning, commercial teams, and product managers
Support standardization and automation of the existing HMD ICP processes to increase efficiencies and high data quality across franchises through different automation tools (e.g. Alteryx & Power BI)
Partner with the Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) governance team to support and action outcomes of SOX controls
Play a pivotal role in data reconciliation between multiple ERP systems and driving end-to-end resolutions
Support daily base business activities and year end ICP calculations, standard costs activities and correct loads in multiple ERP systems focused on distributions centers
Collaborating closely within own team and with HMD Finance business partners across the Principal Operations CoE
Timely communication of business-related risks or opportunities with the next management level
Drive improvements within area of responsibility. Challenge established norms and processes to deliver tangible benefits in scope of control, predictability, efficiency, and effectiveness
Support Ad-hoc projects on request
Support the quarterly subsidies processes on request
Become a valued member of the team, tackling additional tasks and responsibilities as required

We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, who can work with teams in a virtual environment and business partners at all levels of the organization and who has the following qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years working experience is required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in business administration, finance, information systems or IT
Fluent in English Level C1
Experience or high motivation to learn data analytics, dashboarding and reporting, preferably with Alteryx, Power BI and SQL
Strong IT literacy with prior experience or natural interest in SAP ERP Systems & Microsoft 365 is a must
Finance experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical or life science industry preferred
Prior project experience or exposure is an advantage
Consistent track record in cross-cultural business partnering
