Imagine your next project working as a Customer Data & Analytics Manager for Janssen! Janssen is recruiting for a contractor to cover the role of a Customer Data & Analytics Manager within our UK Operating Company located in our High Wycombe office. Reporting to the Customer Data and Analytics Lead you will work across multiple teams managing data and providing business users with automated reports and analytical tools.


roles and responsibilities

This will involve: 

  • Development of ETL solutions. (E.g., in relation to 3rd party sales redistribution & Direct sales data)

  • Organizing structured data to feed automated reporting solutions. 

  • Collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders within Business Intelligence and across a range of business departments. Design & test proofs of concept for automated reports & self-serve analytics across the business.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Data & Analytics Lead to input into the automated analytics delivery plan.

  • Engage with and input into the regional Data Strategy Team to shape planned delivery of centralized analytics tools & programs to manage alignment with local UK analytics development.  


how to succeed

  • Extensive experience working in Data & Analytics within a pharmaceutical company or an agency delivering projects to pharmaceutical companies.

  • Good level of knowledge and understanding of the UK healthcare environment, pharmaceutical distribution channels and associated data sources

  • Strong understanding of data modelling techniques

  • Strong technical capabilities and experience including Excel, Qlik, Tableau & SQL for the purposes of organizing and visualizing data.

  • Well-developed consultation skills and the ability to challenge positively.

  • Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and business applications 

  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.

  • Confidence to present and engage with senior partners.
