We are looking for a dynamic Digital Specialist to join our team in Dublin and help elevate how we engage with customers across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about omnichannel strategy, innovation, and driving measurable impact.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Partner with brand teams to design and execute impactful omnichannel engagement strategies.

  • Lead digital channels to enhance awareness and improve customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with third-party agencies to develop and optimise content and digital services—identifying gaps, opportunities, and solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Work closely with local and EMEA reporting partners to track campaign performance and generate timely insights that shape future activity.

  • Build and nurture regional networks to share best practices and support execution excellence.

  • Facilitate workshops and lead meetings focused on digital channel optimisation.

  • Champion innovation by proposing new digital ideas, technologies, and solutions that address business needs.

How to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a relevant digital marketing qualification.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar digital role

  • Strong understanding of digital channels and platforms, with experience across customer journeys, conversion, retention and satisfaction.

  • Excellent networking skills and ability to work effectively within an integrated team.

  • Ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong presentation and communication capabilities.

  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with the latest trends.
