Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.

We are currently recruiting for a Ecommerce Project Analyst to join our contingent workforce.

This role will support overall project management with operational duties that deliver project planning, execution, and closure across the end to end supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and reporting lead for e-com KPIs (specifically Amazon Vendor Central) including OTIF-D
• Drive-up Confirmation Rate & Efficient Receive and reduce Vendor lead time by reviewing past
  issues and working on solutions with Deliver and Regional Supply Chain teams (ISTA 6 etc.)
• Review chargebacks chargebacks for ongoing Amazon business and address issues to the teams
• Review Amazon orders and handle out of stocks to avoid repeated orders and ensure an updated portfolio
• Maintain/Support the maintenance of Amazon product catalogue
• Drive forecasting accuracy specifically for Events (Black Friday etc.) by leveraging Amazon and other e-com customer data on previous and current Inventory Holding, forecasts and previous orders in collaboration with Demand Planning
• Enable the Integrated Planning process for e-com

Experience and Key Competencies:
 

• Balances priorities and properly manages communication on deliverables with relevant stakeholders
• Ecommerce Supply Chain experience, i.e working with Amazon/ Ebay/Shopping Trends
• Forecasting and the effect on sales
• Exhibits strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Working proficiency with Office Suites (Powerpoints, Excel,etc), Demonstrated analytical horsepower (gather, manipulate, analyze, interpret and present data)
