The Global End to End Process Manager, SV is responsible for overseeing the supply planning systems and processes for the SV Supply Planning team. This role involves optimizing supply planning processes by utilising and optimising data, enhancing system functionality, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain processes are utilised to optimise planning efficiencies. Limerick 2 days per week onsite Department: Supply Chain Management Work Environment: Hybrid, three days required onsite. Job Function: Supply Chain Planning

System Management:
For the Supply Planning team, coordinate the effective requirements, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of global supply planning systems with the appropriate technical support.
Ensure processes are in place to keep systems updated with current data and address any technical issues promptly.
Drive programs that will improve performance and efficiency within Global supply planning.
Reporting and Analytics:
Analyse supply chain data to develop, adjust, and implement accurate supply planning capabilities.
Generate reports and dashboards that support the business and highlight key performance indicators.
Understands the needs of the team and create a roadmap for providing strong analytics for planning performance.
Collaborate with the Reporting and analytics team to deliver key capabilities.
Track performance to ensure roadmap is achieved across the team.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with multi-functional planning and technical teams to build a process/systems/capability roadmap and drive delivery of this roadmap across all partners.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure awareness and engagement with improvement roadmap.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply planning workflows and improve efficiency.
Advocate for leading planning practices in supply planning across the planning organisation.
Training and Support:
Deliver training to team members and end-users on supply planning systems and standard processes.
Act as point of contact for system-related inquiries and support.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies within supply planning practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree ( or equivalent experience) in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in supply chain planning,.
Strong knowledge of supply planning systems and software (Preferred: SAP, OMP).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Solid project management capabilities and experience with process improvement methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong end to end planning experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
