This position operates in a dynamic global environment with exposure to Supply Chain, Tax organization and Senior Finance Management mainly in the Wound Closure & Healing (“WCH”) and Biosurgery platforms. The role requires business partnering, analytical and business partnering skills, navigating through the complex supply chain process.
roles and responsibilities
Inventory Reporting & Analysis: Support the Ethicon inventory consolidation process for actual results, business plan and forecasting updates for inventory and reserves, providing analytics for the Ethicon business
Provide clarity and analysis on inventory and reserves variances.
Perform detailed reviews of the goods received not vouchered account.
Support audit/tax requests and analysis
Support month end process to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Become a valued member of the Supply Chain Finance team, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
how to succeed
ESSENTIAL
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant or equivalent
DESIRABLE
3+ years of relevant multinational experience
Supply chain finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in multi-cultural business partnering
KEY COMPETENCIES
Business leader, Ability for decisions making, handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously, work with virtual teams, capacity to make good judgment on special situations
Excellent in analytical work, communication, framing and business partnering skills
Proactive approach with a demonstrated record of driving continuous process improvements in a dynamic environment
Strong PC skills, preferably in Excel, SAP, JD Edwards, BRAVO, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau and other computer applications
Accuracy with attention to detail
Strong compliance mindset with experience of SOX and audit requirements
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
