You’ll be the go-to person for providing valuable general support to the finance team, helping streamline processes, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your expertise will contribute directly to the team’s success, making a real impact on the business’s financial health and efficiency.
Role and responsibilities
Resolving Mismatches and RFIs from Global Services in a timely fashion
Taking ownership and actioning more complex issues preventing suppliers from being paid as
per agreed terms.
Producing reports, schedules and summaries for operational activities and business reviews.
Actively seeking and identify opportunities for process improvements
Adhoc duties assisting within the Finance Department
Managing local payments ensuring all documentation is fully compliant
how to succeed
Relevant Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Working knowledge of P2P process
Several years relevant finance experience
Good working knowledge of SAP (desirable)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to operate as part of a team is critical.
Must be able to work on your own initiative.
Customer focused.
Innovative & good problem solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Results and performance driven.
Strong MS Excel
Adaptable and flexible
Demonstrates traits and behaviours in line with J&J Credo
