The Project 

The OneS4 Project is an SAP S/4 HANA rollout program to introduce a single global instance for Kenvue for Supply Chain and Finance. It is a multi-year program to shift existing ERPs onto S/4 HANA. It will activate all the major Finance modules – Costing, Fixed Assets, Account to Report, Invoice to Cash, and Requisition to Pay. It will create integrations with SAP Partner products such as Ariba, MDG, SAC, Concur, Blackline BSAR, OpenText VIM and Vertex Tax. Alongside this we have integrations with selected additional market leading products to optimize our SAP S/4 capabilities.

The Role

As part of the initial releases in the S/4 program we will need to create a strong vendor invoice management capability to enable an enterprise accounts payable (AP) function to be run on S/4 HANA and integrations with a separate Treasury system that manages payments to vendor and customers. 

The role is to support the integration with existing Treasury ECC systems and banks that manage Supplier Financing. Alongside this, you will work with the ABAP development team and business owner to develop adjust existing custom program that manage reconciliations and outputs.

The Skills Needed

We are looking to add a strong member of the team to manage the configuration and development of the S/4 HANA systems and corresponding interfaces with Treasury systems and external banks. 

The candidate must have:

• In-depth understanding of the payment process and SAP Finance modules

• Comfortable configuring the S/4 HANA system

• Able to work with a developer to customize the S/4 system to support the delivery of integrations with third party systems via various methods (flat file, iDoc, API…etc)

• Worked on customization to SAP Finance module (RICEF) and experience in writing technical documentation 

It would be useful for the candidate to have experience in:

• Working in an agile manner

• Using JIRA for writing user stories and JIRA X-Ray for testing 

• Focus Build or Solution manager to create work packages and transport to move changes between SAP environments
