The Team:
We now have a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Consumer business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for driving the team’s core marketing and commercial skills and competency forward in a structured way aligned to the company priorities, alongside planning and prioritising resources and gaps across the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and executing the H2 2022 Marketing department training and development programme to enhance core skills and competency
- Guiding and contributing to the full company early talent programme ensuring strong Marketing representation
- Managing overall department pipeline for talent progression and assessments
- Tracking and guiding internal moves and external departures ensuring clear plan for rapid backfills
- Leading execution for development centre assessments for all talent levels and optimisation of the approach
- Proposing process improvements for talent progression, backfill and assessments
