MPS Engineer
Imagine your next role as an MPS Engineer who is responsible for downstream clinical manufacturing phase 1/2a (NPI tech transfer, NPI resupplies) preparation, support, and troubleshooting.
As a MPS Engineer you will be responsible for:
Materials planning and ordering
Preparation and updating of Batch Records, Procedures, and Work Instructions
Change control Assessor and perform implementation activities
Monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment issues, process optimization, and business system owner/SME
Readiness and release documentation
Release of clinical manufacturing batches
Represent Operations on cross-functional project implementation teams
Monitoring and reporting of process performance and process control/troubleshooting
Investigating and resolving quality issues raised within the Manufacturing Department
Participate in/ Lead Cross Functional teams when required
Generate and assist with generation, review, and revision of Manufacturing documentation as necessary.
Lead and Support the investigation and resolution of problems in a pilot plant.
Carry out all activities in compliance with corporate and cGMP/EHS regulatory requirements.
Completion of all documentation in compliance with site procedures and GDP.
To be successful in this role you have:
A master's degree or PDEng qualification in either Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science or Engineering, Bio-organic chemistry
Downstream Manufacturing experience within a GMP-regulated environment.
Experience with purification processes (Chromatography, filtration)
Experience in downstream (such as AKTA, UFDF, POD or final fill)
Process engineering experience
Project / New equipment installation experience
Commissioning and qualification experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
