About the department.


Janssen Biologics, part of Johnson & Johnson, is hiring an MRP NPI Coordinator to support Clinical programs in our Leiden Facility

The MRP NPI Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of all activities to ensure full availability of raw materials within an exciting clinical environment. The role includes close collaboration with the NPI project team to deliver all targets within the project’s timelines, budget, and scope. The successful candidate will also drive the continuous improvement of the NPI planning processes. 



Responsibilities

  • Deliver Raw Materials and Components within timelines provided by NPI Project Manager/Team.

  • Ensure material set up is complete and in time for product qualification. Set up and review all planning parameters on a regular basis to secure smooth and continuous supply for future demand.

  • Monitor and summarize the progress of required steps in the material introduction.

  • Ensure collaboration and robust communication with partners.

  • Work with the wider MRP team on demand changes and project timeline updates.

  • Focus on process development and standardization across the platform, encouraging continuous improvement.





To be successful in this role you have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or other related Business field is essential.

  • Supply Chain Certification is preferred e.g. APICS.

  • Lean Certification

  • Experience in Planning/Purchasing in a multi-national environment.

  • Experience in the use of SAP 

  • Project Management 

  • Ability to work and communicate across diverse teams.

  • Experience in effective stakeholder management and influencing across functions.

  • Strong partnering attitude, making sure that customer requirements are clearly planned for and communicated within the organization.

  • Results-driven, while ensuring the optimization and efficient use of Janssen resources.

  • Willing to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within Janssen.

  • Flexibility and being comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional tasks with all other departments within the company

  • Ability to ensure department and personnel goals and objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and implementation of Credo-based actions.
