The Outbound Transport Analyst is responsible to support transportation daily operations and supports driving innovation in transportation processes, analysing data to support KPI delivery for operational excellence.


roles and responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of transportation improvement projects focused on innovation, cost reduction, and sustainability efforts, ultimately enhancing overall service delivery.

  • Continuously monitor and analyse transportation data, supporting metric reporting processes, providing valuable insights that inform decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support shipment complaints and claims process and to drive systemic process changes to eliminate defects (working with internal and external partners)

  • Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Distribution Center (DC) operations and freight service providers, to ensure seamless daily operations of transportation services.


how to succeed

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a freight or operations role.

  • Business fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages is a plus;

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis. 

  • Ability to perform complex analysis and simulations using different tools

  •  IT literacy (Good MS-Excel – other databases, such as Oracle, Access, SAP).  Experience in data visualization tools and software such as Power BI.

  • Experience in analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to transportation and logistics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Ability to identify issues, think critically, and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated capacity for continuous improvement and innovation in transportation processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and logistics regulations

  • Highly collaborative and influential
