Pricing/ Contract Specialist

Wokingham (Remote working)

£20-23 per hour (PAYE/Umbrella)

Inside IR35

6 month contract with possibility of extension

 

Responsible for: 

 

  • Generation of CPRs (Customer Price Reports)
  • Support the pricing setup process
  • Initiate analysis required for pricing set up
  • Present set up analysis for review and confirmation of actions
  • Extract pricing prior to awards and post-award to validate the accuracy of pricing implementations
  • Support maintenance of contract records
  • Support management of Sign up tracker
  • Support completion and update of Contract Management Records
  • Support with tasks related to updating Framework Contracts/ their product offering.
  • Issue contracts agreements
  • Customer agreements to access NPIs.
  • Quotation agreements
  • Data conversion
  • Support in the migration of historical contract pricing awards onto new records/dossiers within the System. (Awards in CM new Master FW)
  • Manage DPS emails ensuring allocation to the relevant person
  • Check tender notice tracker for new tenders daily
  • Manage usage report requests from CPP for Tenders Team
  • Issue 30 day contract price change letters to customers
  • Create MGA (Macro Group Activity) in Tender Office Manager (Contract Manager) for Tenders Team
  • Manage & release PEI held orders for Ireland
  • Review PEI held orders summary
  • Carry out daily SOX checks
  • Process Cignon tickets for Ireland linked to pricing


Experience:


  • 2 years experience in a Pricing/ Contract focused role
  • Remote, 2-3 days a week, but can be in the office. 
  • Strong communication skills essential 
  • Self-motivated, committed to collaborative working
  • The ability to make sound judgments, demonstrating Credo values
  • Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
