Johnson & Johnson Worksense is responsible for finding, engaging, and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.
We are currently recruiting 14 Procurement Managers across various countries within Europe who know how to discuss & negotiate contracts, show adaptability, and knows how to coordinate within sites of varying size, complexity and needs with agility and excellence to join our contingent workforce in Johnson & Johnson as an initial 6-9 month contract.

Responsibilities
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies and controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin to customer delivery. You will assure attainment of the best value for deals and implements effective supplier relationship practices with vendors. Procurement in Johnson & Johnson splits into different categories such as API, Chemicals, Logistics, Packaging, and Facilities and you can be responsible for one of the categories based on your experience and specialty.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Regional Procurement Change Management and Communications for Consumer Health Separation
- In alignment with the organizational change management framework used in J&J, and the Procurement global change management lead, prepare the change management strategy and develop and execute a change management plan for the region.
- Capture, develop, and validate all change impacts for the function, the business, and suppliers. Develop mitigation plans. Include insights in the communications plan.
- Establish and execute a stakeholder engagement communications plan and maintain the stakeholder list.
- Support the Procurement global change management lead, and enterprise change management, including leading specific activities and deliverables, as required.
- Collaborate with external partners to execute communications in alignment with the overall change plan for readiness and go-live for programs.
- Develop leader action plans in support of changes.
- Develop and execute regional communications and engagement plans.
- As applicable, track the success of change management by using existing performance measures and identify new measures
- Follow branding guidelines when using branding for company, organization, and program.
- Lead, coordinate, and support regional engagement activities such as town halls, industry celebrations, and other regional events.
- Support quarterly newsletters, interfacing with E&PS Strategy and the regional teams to identify topics and write compelling articles and/or produce other forms of content including videos.
To be successful in this role you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent, is preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of Change Management and Communications experience
- Change management and excellent coordination skills
- Relevant Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, MCR, and SLCR is preferred
- Experienced change management practitioner, who is comfortable with complexity
- Project management, negotiation, and reporting experience
- Good management and strong technical skills are required
- Strong communication skills in English both written and oral are required
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office suite, are required
- The ability to travel regularly between sites, up to 20% of the time, is required
