Imagine your next project working as a Project Manager for Johnson & Johnson Innovative medicine. 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a transformation program building technical capabilities within Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT).

Support will include the partnering with cross-functional sub-teams to support their successful delivery of results within defined timelines, scope, and budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience with Janssen and/or pharma with exposure to the technical side of supply chain and R&D is preferred.

• Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor project progress regularly and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Conduct project evaluations and ensure lessons learned are documented and shared.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

how to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

• PMP certification is a plus
