Location: Schaffhausen (hybrid working 3 days onsite,2 days remote)

With around 1,200 employees, Cilag AG is one of the largest producers in the pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland and one of the most important employers in the Schaffhausen region. Founded in 1936, the company has been part of the Johnson & Johnson Group since 1959.
Cilag AG is an introduction and growth location for parenterals. The company produces high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients and products that benefit patients worldwide.
As a Quality Systems Specialist you will join a diverse team and be responsible for Quality and Compliance in the framework of Quality Systems at the Schaffhausen site.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert/ Site Key User for Change Control, processes, procedures, and activities
Provide end-user support for the site e.g. Training, System Access, ad-hoc support
Host the site COC Review Board and collect related Metrics
Participation as Subject Matter Expert in Health Authority inspections and audits
Innovate solutions to quality system gaps and lead continuous improvement projects in regards to standardization and simplification to drive compliance and/or efficiency.
Support the development and introduction of new systems, processes and procedures
Independently handle and prioritize highly complex and diverse workload ensuring deliverables are timely, accurate, and meet their intended objective
Data collection and execution of the Site Quality Systems Management Review
SME for Change Control Process.
