Location: Schaffhausen, CH

Duration: initial 6 months contract

Imagine your next role as a Quality Systems Associate where you will join a diverse team and be responsible for Quality and Compliance in the framework of Quality Systems at the Schaffhausen site.


About the role

We are looking for a team-oriented, open-minded, dynamic, and highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills. To collaborate with different departments, you will need flexibility, social competence, and a reasonable degree of authority. Ideally, you are fluent in both German and English.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Subject Matter Expert/ Site Key User for Change Control/ Non-Conformance and CAPA systems and commitment records.

  • Provide end-user support for the site e.g. Training, System Access, and ad-hoc support.

  • Data collection for Change Control/CAPA Review Board.

  • Data collection for local Quality Tier Board and presentation of the data to QA Management.

  • Support the development and introduction of new systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Independently handle and prioritize highly complex and diverse workloads ensuring deliverables are timely, accurate, and meet their intended objective.

  • Support Data collection of the local Quality Systems Management Review


The ideal candidate for this position should be:

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent graduated 

  • Proficient in data analysis

  • Proficient in Quality Systems, non-conformance, change control

  • A technical expert to support and train end-users on various systems and software.

  • Expert in Documentation and Process Management. Supporting the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures.
